ReplyDeleteAfter several years in a dept. run by women - and no promotions - I transferred out to another dept. with my promotion, raise and parking spot.
I recommended someone I had worked closely with for years and who could hit the ground running - but they turned HIM down and demanded I train a female replacement...
Uh, that didn't happen.
